Meet the Team
With a keen passion and interest in refurbishment and renovation projects, David has been working in the industry for many years.
In 2020, he officially opened his own renovations business, becoming a well established and trusted company, primarily in North West London and the Home Counties.
With a turnover of over £100,000 per annum, he has rapidly expanded the business which now has two employed members of staff who help bring clients property dreams to life.

Lauren trained to become a mortgage and protection advisor in 2020 (CeMAP), qualifying in April 2021. Since, she has been a self-employed whole of market broker offering mortgage and protection advice to a variety of clients.
Her specialities lie in complex cases, offering solutions to both residential and investment property finance cases. She takes pride in offering advice to a number of clients, from first time buyers to those with large investment portfolios.
Lauren has also been working as a Property Manager since 2021 and has obtained her Award in Residential Letting and Management (ARLA) qualification.
